The theme is "every artist was once an amateur".
I was on vacation and opted not to go with the theme. My self portriats from this week are in the not forgotten town of Bomarten, TX. My husbands Grandfather lived in this town. His home is completely gone, as is the small school that was across the street. But the church still stands. this photo was taken in that church. I had help of a human tripod (my son) for this as I didn't pack my tripod.
Some women get sad when they turn forty. I decide to photograph it. This blog will capture my self portrait photography of year 40.
